The Formation of Chase Anesthesia Academy Pt. 1

Editor’s note: This is the beginning of a new series to update you on the making of the membership site/ community forum named Chase Anesthesia Academy. This format is new and somewhat of an experiment inspired by other journal-like sites. Let me know what you think!

In this series I hope you are left with an idea of what is in store for the new platform- Chase Anesthesia Academy. I’ll be starting this series off talking about the idea and birth of the site which was named by Brittany H.- an avid follower of the blog. Thanks for the awesome name ideas!

Back story

I got the idea to start a membership site with a community forum platform after polling you guys- The CRNA Chase followers. I noticed there was a great need to address the things which were holding you back from becoming a CRNA. So, from that day the site has been in the beginning stages all designed to help you become a more competitive CRNA school applicant.

So, then a couple of weeks ago I formally announced the plan for your new site. The backbone or foundation of the site I envision is pretty clear and in progress. Of course there will be changes made if needed to ensure you all get the information and transformation you need. Not to give away all the details but each module or section is designed to get you from point A to B.

And the whole membership site is to get you the farthest from point A-Z, which is the entire CRNA journey. In addition to creating the membership site I am also in the final stages of updating my website. Here is a sneak peek. What do you think? The last part is for me to add my own pictures to it. That’s always the hard part for me. Decisions.

Anyway, the plan is to post biweekly updates on Chase Anesthesia Academy. And on the other weeks blog articles to help strengthen your chances of becoming a CRNA one day.

P. S. If there is anything you want to see within the membership site please be sure to comment below. Also check out this podcast interview I did with Anesthesia Guidebook where I discussed my passion for helping others along with meaningful talk about racism and injustices.
